Presented by PANTO Company USA & Paramount Abilene. An old castle, an enchanted forest and a true story of love...It could only be Beauty and the Beast! The Panto Company USA brings the beloved musical to life with Dame Dotty Potty, Loopy Louie, Gaston, Belle and the Beast. As Belle is held captive in the castle, families will love finding out if she falls in love with the Beast before the spell finally consumes him. Will the Beast’s selfishness cost him the world he once knew and the hand of the beauty that has captured his heart?

Cypress Street is getting a facelift! The work on Cypress will take quite a while, but we want you to know that we are open and need your continued support to weather this project and its effect on our business. Please take a look at the graphic above as well as the linked press release from the City of Abilene for more specific closure information.
The Paramount will continue to operate as normal, bringing a diverse set of events to the people of Abilene! However, it will be imperative to plan extra time for arrival and parking at each event, as the street closures and route changes will temporarily make for less parking and more pedestrian detours.

The Historic Paramount Theatre, Inc., is a 501 c-3 non profit corporation dedicated to the task of preserving and maintaining the landmark. Our mission statement, written in our bylaws: To preserve this unique historic landmark and enrich the community through its use.
We create our own diversified programming that engages and encourages the widest scope of patrons in Abilene. The non-profit is equally dedicated to mission of making the facility available for usage by the largest number of individuals, groups, arts organizations, businesses, and corporations possible.
