Godspell, Junior
Presented January 15-17, 2010, this lively and moving production of the hit Broadway show based on the Book of Matthew featured a cast of thirteern young performers.
Drawing from various theatrical traditions, such as clowning, pantomime, charades, acrobatics and vaudeville, Godspell Junior is a groundbreaking and unique reflection on the life of Jesus, with a message of kindness, tolerance, and love. The show’s score, by three-time Academy Award winner Stephen Schwartz, boasts a string of recognizable songs, led by the internaitonal hit,“Day By Day.”
